Today’s costume is as classic as it gets – a prisoner! HalloweenCostumes4U now offers black and white striped shirts in infant, youth, women’s, and men’s sizes. And just like the Waldo shirts, this means the whole family can join in – even your pet! You can accessorize as much, or as little, as you want for this costume. You can also have some family members dress up as a police officer.
The Basics
First, you need to purchase the classic black and white striped shirt. Again, this shirt starts with infants and goes up to adult sizes. One great feature about this shirt is that it is not a unisex shirt. So, ladies, that means that it is a women’s cut shirt for us! Another perk about purchasing this shirt is that it can be used again for other costumes like a mime (keep an eye out for that blog, coming soon!) or a pirate.
Next, you need black pants or womens or girls black skirt. You probably have those in your closets already. If not, you can get these affordable ones from Target.
Lastly, all that is missing is some shoes. You could grab a pair of black shoes from your closet or purchase a pair of Converse Sneakers.
The Finishing Touches
With the addition of these accessories, you will really finish your prisoner look. You can add the matching black and white striped hat, handcuffs, and a ball and chain! For girls you can also add these cute black and white striped tights.
