- How long does shipping take?
Most the year in stock and out of stock merchandise using regular shipping
(UPS Ground) takes approximately 5-10 business days to arrive. During
the months of September and October in stock merchandise
is not affected, but items not in stock can take up to 4 weeks to

- What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Checks and Money Orders.

- If I order using my credit card when will it be billed and to whom?
Credits are NOT billed until the order is ready to ship. Your credit

- If I have a style/item number, but I can't find the product on your
web site can you still order if for me?
No, if a product is not listed on our website it is because we do not
carry it. Sorry.
- Do you ship overseas?
We ship to Puetro Rico and american foreign military addresses.
All duties, taxes and miscellanenous charges that may be imposed by
your country and any additional charges that may be incurred should
you refuse the package are the sole responsibility of the customer.

- Do you take CODs?
No, we do not accept COD payments.
- Can I pay by Check or Money Order?
Yes. See our terms page for detailed instructions.
- If I wear large sizes and the size I need isn't mentioned on that
item can you order it for me?
Unfortunately we cannot. The sizes specified are all the sizes we have
available.
- I am looking for something, but I did not see it on your site, can
you special order it for me?
If it's not on our web site we can't get it.
- How do I get a catalog?
Sorry, to keep our prices low we do not offer a paper catalog.
- What sizes does "Adult Standard" fit?
