Returns 
Returns accepted within 30 days of order. Returned items must be new, in original and resaleable condition, and include all original packaging and contents. Original shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable. If an order qualified for free shipping, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund before being applied back to the original payment method, unless being exchanged for any other item(s).

Seasonal items can no longer be accepted for return within 15 days of the relevant holiday. For example, Halloween-season returns can no longer be accepted after October 15, while Christmas-season returns can no longer be accepted after December 9, and applies to all other holidays.

To request a return, please contact us to request a Return Authorization Number at CustomerService@HalloweenCostumes4U.com.

If a mistake has occurred in the fulfillment of an order, please contact us at CustomerService@HalloweenCostumes4U.com for assistance. A Return Authorization Number will be provided to return your item(s) for an equal exchange. If, however, we are unable to complete an equal exchange, we will assist in the return of the incorrect item(s) and seek to refund your original purchase payment.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the shipment of your exchanged item and/or approval or rejection of your refund. If we cannot complete an exchange, and a return is approved, a refund will be processed. Returns are processed within 2-3 business days. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your refund. All refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days of being informed of our receipt of your return, please check your bank account again and/or contact your financial institution for assistance. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at CustomerService@HalloweenCostumes4U.com.
