Returns accepted within 30 days of order. If an order qualified for free shipping, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund before being applied back to the original payment method, unless being exchanged for any other item(s).
Seasonal items can no longer be accepted for return within 15 days of the relevant holiday. For example, Halloween returns can no longer be accepted after October 15 while Christmas returns can no longer be accepted after December 9, and applies to all other holidays.
If a mistake has occurred in the fulfillment of an order, please contact us at CustomerService@HalloweenCostumes4U.com for assistance. A Return Authorization Number will be provided to return your item(s) for an equal exchange. If, however, we are unable to complete an equal exchange, we will assist in the return of the incorrect item(s) and seek to refund your original purchase payment.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your exchange or return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item(s). We will also notify you of the shipment of your exchanged item and/or approval or rejection of your refund. If we cannot complete an exchange, and a return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 business days of receiving your return.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 5 business days of being informed of your approved return, first check your bank account again. If not received, please contact your financial institution for assistance. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at CustomerService@HalloweenCostumes4U.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
